The activity feed provides a central communication source within each ServiceM8 Account. It can be used to share important information, tips, reports and feedback. The activity feed is shared by all staff within a given account, so ensure messages are targeted (and not sensitive) to the entire organisation.

Use the Feed API to post relevant updates:

  • Reporting
  • Customer Feedback, Reviews, Booking Notices etc
