The Marketplace API allows 3rd party marketplaces a straightforward way to:
- Find service providers available in a region, and
- Send jobs to service providers for completion.
- Receive job status updates as the job is quoted, booked, completed and paid
- Enforcing required service levels for each job
- Collecting customer feedback after job completion for public reviews, etc
The Marketplace API abstracts the complexity of creating jobs, subscribing to web hooks for job status notifications and can apply service level agreements to issued jobs to meet your requirements.
The ServiceM8 Marketplace API is invite-only. You will need to be provided with an API Key before you are able to access this API.
