Provision a new ServiceM8 account

Use this endpoint to create a new ServiceM8 account programatically. Specify the request parameters as a JSON object in the body of the request. Provisioning of accounts can only be done by a ServiceM8 Partner account, you must register as a ServiceM8 Partner prior to using the account provisioning API.

True/False if the provisioned account should be a demo account, including sample data which automatically expires after several days or if the account should be a standard ServiceM8 account which will not expire.

Email address to register the account under, this will become the account owner email address similar to if they had signed up via the ServiceM8 website.
