Seems to be a problem generating webhooks on ServiceM8 - started after 7:30 this morning Can someone help?

Hi Does anyone know a quoting/proposal building software that works like Responsibid that integrates with SM8? We cannot find an alternative that generates 3 packaged at the end. Any ideas would be appreciated :) Thanks

We have noticed an increasing prevalence of Job updates via API not being shown in SM8 jobs. We update Quote Line Items and Work Completed inside SM8 Jobs, as well as sending PDFs to the Job Diary. Work Completed and PDFs always update – but sometimes the Line Items do not appear in the jobs. We do not get an error message because SM8 accepts the data – but sometimes it fails to publish the line items. Since last Tuesday this occurs much more frequently – it used to be once every 500 updates or so – now we have customers where it happens multiple times a week. The Job shows the 'Work Completed', but the line items are empty. If we send another update to the SM8 Job (containing a single line item), it prompts SM8 to show all the line items that have been sent previously. This proves that the data from initial upload is in SM8, but something is stopping the publication of the data to the SM8 Job. The second upload from FlatRateNOW prompts SM8 to show the data. Has anyone else noticed this? Thanks

Hi, I'm not a developer here but my company has been using ServiceM8 for quite some time. We still have a few non-technical staff onboard that love having their jobs printed out for reference. Given ServiceM8 has limited printing functionality for specific jobs we still have to have a second database of clients. Is there a way to have printing functionality to display a job on say a standard A4 document template, has all the customer details, custom fields etc. but can also have a larger field which has the notes listed in that customer's client diary (sort of a job history run down). Essentially I'd like a customisable template which I can print with the details I need in it from the job, and have the ability to reference the client diary for important notes. Have I missed something here that ServiceM8 offer already, or are there any existing plugins which have this functionality? Or would I have to look at having a custom plugin made? Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Is it's possible to have different labour rates for different clients and for that Labour rate to automatically associate with each client? I would prefer to not create new Labour items for each client but just select "Labour" and the rate automatically apply.

I am using make.com to create a quote job in SM8 from my website form The calculation happens within forminator and I have the quote data available to use in sm8 but i want to automatically add it as a line within the quote section of the job Any idea how i can access that through make.com via the api

Have previusoly ordered customer assett labels from Exelprint. After testing them they are not standing up to the enviroments that we need to use them (mining) We use a Brady M71 printer that will allows us to print on more stable materials suited to the installation conditions. This printer can generate customer qr codes and bardoces using a range of symboly and has the abilty to print sequenced labels or just have a single data value, we can adjust density and print ratios. Is it possible to setup our own qr asset labels or are we limited to those offered by excel print?

When I open ServiceM8 my next job automatically pops up. This is becoming very annoying. How do I disable that please?
