We are running telephone business and our client require integration of your CRM with phone system.
My question is is there a way to open a client / company page directly from phone number / UUID
connection to cms

API invalid
Need help with the api integration.

already tried recreating new api key but when the api is test on postman or bash in terminal it still shows invalid api
even though the email and api key is correct
How Pylon client field data is recorded in servicesm8
When pylon is pushing jobs over to servicesm8, it is including both the client name and the client addresss as the customer field. Pylon says they are sending it over separately but servicesm8 is creating the client as both name & address. It is adding the address in the correct field as well. As a result, it is affecting our invoice settings and how they are pushed over to xero as it is including both name and address in the customer field. The invoices in servicesm8 are including all - then customer name (first last & last), the customer name & address as customer name, plus the address
Online booking issue.
I have had 2 online forms for quite a while. The online booking forms for different types of customers. They have quite a bit of detail. Two of them I don't want public as they are specific to a type of customer and up until up until about last Thursday when I built the third form they worked just fine the worked fine. I could grab the url and send that to the customers and they could link to the form. Now I can only get one to work. the others keep reverting to the online booking link which only has the one.
Checklist - Relative datetime
The API shows that you can create checklist tasks with relative datetimes, which does show as successful when processing. But when viewing inside ServiceM8, there isn't a relative option available for users and it doesn't format the relative dates at all.
