Email API

I have been reviewing the documentation for the ServiceM8 API regarding sending emails (https://developer.servicem8.com/reference/send_email). However, I could not find details on additional fields that can be included in the payload to ensure that the sent message appears in the graphical interface of specific jobs within ServiceM8.

supplier invoice not recognising in job

Hi can someone please investigate why our supplier invoice isnt able to be recognized when trying to apply total amount or line items into the billing. This supplier is our main supplier of materials, its crucial to have this function working as it does with some of our other supplier invoices

Trouble Replacing Company UUID Placeholder in Hosted Add-On Integration

Hi everyone,

Job Templates for Customers

Previous to the latest update on Servicem8 you could set a Job Template to a specific customer. This way I could have job information, billing descriptions, pricing etc all customised to that customer. It was great for a business like mine who would often visit the same customer. I could go to the side list of job templates and select that customer and all the information is there - all I had to do was schedule. However now you are unable to set a customer on a job template. I don't really understand why this is the case, or what harm it could do by leaving that feature on. It was a great customisable way for us to schedule and we're a bit lost without it. Any feedback on whether this can be turned on again - or other work arounds would be appreciated.

api endpoint

Is there a api endpoint for timesheet clock on and clock off not related to jobs

3rd party API access

I've been playing about with the Rest API during the past few days with the intention of writing some addons/external integrations to ServiceM8. My understanding so far is that it is not possible to use the API unless you have a ServiceM8 account, because, without it, you cannot go though the authorization process to get tokens. Fine, but what if I want to provide my external integration to a customer who does not have an account? This must be possible, as it is my understanding that the old Customer Portal add-on, for example, did precisely that. The only way I can think of doing it is to essentially give the customer an access and refresh token which i have generated. Is that what is required?
