How to increase the messaging API daily limit?

The documentation says "If your existing quota is not adequate for your needs and the system has not automatically increased your quota, you can open an Sending Quota Increase ticket in Support Center to increase your sending quota." but when I contacted the support center they refused to open a ticket for me and said I need to ask here

Customer Replies to Jobs Completed but not paid

I am trying to find a work around for scenario 3 below which will create an action for follow up by staff member as these customer replies to mirror what happens natively for scenario 1 and 2. I was thinking to use the email that is sent to our account mailbox and generate a task against the job using make.com. The issue I have is I can't see any way to extract the relevant job uuid from the email?
