Customer Replies to Jobs Completed but not paid

I am trying to find a work around for scenario 3 below which will create an action for follow up by staff member as these customer replies to mirror what happens natively for scenario 1 and 2. I was thinking to use the email that is sent to our account mailbox and generate a task against the job using make.com. The issue I have is I can't see any way to extract the relevant job uuid from the email?

  1. Job unsuccessful, quote, or work order - customer reply listed on job and job added to action required queue
  2. Jobs completed and paid - customer reply message is sent to the servicem8 inbox
  3. Job completed and unpaid - customer reply is only added to notification, not added to inbox or action required
