Recharge clients in ServiceM8 using clients’ credit cards.

Hi i need some one to write a code / API functionality so i can recharge clients in ServiceM8 using clients’ credit cards - basically being able to store the cc details for every transaction automatically.

Simple Online Enquiry

I'm trying to replace the Simple Online Enquiry with a custom on-site form. Mostly I thought it just sent an email to .....@inbox.servicem8.com, but it noticeably doesn't use these in the email it sends: <https://support.servicem8.com/hc/en-us/articles/202583884-How-the-inbox-job-card-auto-fill-feature-works> **Yet somehow**, the autofill works anyway – even without separation of First and Last name, it's split and filled out correctly. Maybe there's some hidden data in the email, or maybe it's also using the API in a way that isn't obvious. I'd love to know, so I can replicate it more fully in my own version.

Why does this never work? It only ever displays the invoice in the inbox. Has something changed?

TROUBLE LOADING THE SCHEDULE

I am experiencing problems with the schedule, it appears to be not showing some scheduled items, I have a script from a chat with the support team (i can send if needed), and it was suggested that the amount of "active jobs" may be making it hard for the system to load. I have cleaned up as much as possible but as we have 8 franchises there are a lot of new jobs being created to those that are being completed/unsuccessful. It has eased slightly but appears to still be happening. My concern is can SM8 support our capacity? or is there something else happening?

Is anyone else experiencing problems connecting to theb API 'GET on 'job' returned status 401. {"error":"invalid_token","error_description":"The access token provided has expired"}.'

The problem began to occur about 5:15pm Sydney time and is spreading to more and more of my sm8 customers GET on 'job' returned status 401. {"error":"invalid_token","error_description":"The access token provided has expired"}. It happens both reading and writing via the API

Zapier Price

Hey, At the moment we use zapier to create jobs in service m8 when they have been won by the sales team in another CRM. It creates a new quote and can add name,phone,email etc. but there is no option to move the price over. Is there a way to make this possible?

Get Assigned Staff for a Job via the API

Hi Is there a way to get the assigned staff for a job via the API? I've tried Job Activities and Job Allocations endpoints to no avail. the Job endpoint itself does not return the staff assigned to the job either. Thanks in advance

PODIUM INTEGRATION ADD ON

Hi. Podium has shown how the SM8 sms system is a little poor from the customers side and demonstrated these issues against how their 2way sms system works. We are using it now due to this and the stripe fees being 1/2 of what it costs through SM8. I am not sure why Podium is not an add on and ask if that is something that will happen or perhaps you do not allow them due to a conflict of interest regarding stripe and sms income impacting SM8 income by their engagement? Please advise, as i hope to take advantage of their system whilst getting a seamless integration to SM8 such as they do with some other systems. Kind regards, Brett

Invocing payment terms

Hey, I'm just wondering if there is a way to change my serviceM8 invoice due date to 10 days from job completion/dispatch of invoice. I know you go into settings > preferences > invoicing > invoicing terms but there are only options for COD, Pre paid, 7, 14 and 30 days. I know you can make a specific one for each client but just wondering if theres an easier solution.
