We are having issues logging customer addresses. Some of them cannot be found or do not seem to be on Service M8 system. Am I inputting the details incorrectly or is it a system error?

Customer Replies to Jobs Completed but not paid

I am trying to find a work around for scenario 3 below which will create an action for follow up by staff member as these customer replies to mirror what happens natively for scenario 1 and 2. I was thinking to use the email that is sent to our account mailbox and generate a task against the job using make.com. The issue I have is I can't see any way to extract the relevant job uuid from the email?
