Authenticates the developer and returns temporary AWS STS credentials permitting only logs:StartLiveTail on the single add-on log group in Sydney. The CLI connects directly to CloudWatch. This endpoint does not stream logs or provide historical log access. Requires manage_addons or a full-access API key. All executions of the owned add-on, including those for installing accounts, share this group.
