Does ServiceM8 integrate with a SQL back end database?

We have found multiple times that job materials will not be added to a job via the API, I can search the response 200 UUID that we received via servicem8 for the new job material we created via the Developer API tester and servicem8 will pull up the job material, but it is not on the job. 90% of the time it works fine but its just this random 10% that servicem8 API will give me the 200 Reponse and UUID but it doesnt appear on the associated Job. The JOB uuid on the job material is correct.

I am a shopify developer and I am going to implement the booking online functionality that the customers can book a schedule with store owners using servicem8 API. How can I make the customers make the payment after complete the booking.

I have created a form on my react.js web application and i am trying to push new job form submissions straight to my servicem8 account. I am using private auth being my username and password. I have created a seperate staff account for this but it says authorisation failed?
