What have the developers changed over the last three weeks, as now queries that always worked, that use scope of job_materials now don't work. They are giving error of access forbidden.

Database backup stalling

We have been trying to perform a database backup for over 6 weeks without success. The backup stalls at approx 30% completion despite the user, machine, wifi location and several back and forth with SM8 tech support. Please escalate the urgency of this request for us.
