Hi There - my client is using the servicem8 enquiry form embedded in an iframe in his website.

Intermitent issue with apartment / unit number not being returned

When retrieving locations via the SM8 api we are getting strange and inconsistent responses where addresses that contain a '/' in them are not returning the prefix.

Not being able to save jobs

Hi, unfortunately our system is not letting us save jobs. It says to check internet connection however I have tried on different networks and devices and still the same error message.

How do I filter for materials on a specific job card

I'm trying to use a GET Webhook to retrieve all the materials listed under a job card but I can't figure out how to use the filtering. When I test my webhook using this URL https://api.servicem8.com/api_1.0/jobmaterial.json$filter=uuideq'{UUID}'
it always lists a material that isn't on the job card card.

Access Token error on attachments

When I try to open attachments from jobs after I upload them, I get an invalid access token or "AccessDeniedRequest has expired" string

ServiceM8 Not reathenticating

I get a 400 error with trying to obtain the refresh token. I seem to be following the documentation but i can't refresh my clients.
