Hi, i'm making an automation in Make (Integromat), the automation ends creating a job, and it works, but just sent me at the this error: type RuntimeError message [403] insufficient_scope. I need the Client UUID but i cant get it, i think is because this.  <br /> I need the scopes. I want to make a update when i get a different trigger, but i can't advance it 'cause i can't get the job id.

This is a simple questions: I am using the Rest API to pull down attachments. Attachments from the room scan come through as .smr3d The question is what IS .smr3d? Is it unique to serviceM8, or is there an application that can read it? Ken Moorhead

Hello, I asked the service desk the process for creating an API key for a client. I explained that I know HOW to do it but, not be a partner (yet) I would not have the correct access and therefore wanted to know the process to follow for creating a key. 3 emails later and all they sent me as a link to post a discussion thread.... Anyway, if anyone can tell me how you would go about creating an API for a client when you do not have access, that would be great.

In the ServiceM8 forms, we can use three sizes of images: small, medium, and large. Does anyone know how to download a jpg through the API in those sizes? I have an app downloading the full image size using the uuid.file endpoint, and it would make it much snappier if I could use the smaller sizes as thumbnails.

Hi team, I've been creating serviceM8 client and job records for the last few months with no issues (basic authentication). I'm currently receiving an internal server error 500 response when trying to create a client record or job record. I mainly use /company.json and /job.json endpoints. All the GET commands seems to be working but these two seems to be failing and I'm not sure why. Can you please help?

Hey ya'll, I have been getting a 500 error when trying to post to the feed under the home tab in the web version of ServiceM8 using API: <https://api.servicem8.com/platform_feed_post>. I am using the code straight out of the API reference code generator on the developer site using basic auth when sending via Postman. I am getting the following response from the server:  Is there something up with this? Does it require Oauth 2.0 with scope to use it? Thanks! Hi, I am trying to create automatic new job everytime i received order on woocommerce, the connection is made thru zapier, i also tried make .com. I already connected my woocommerce and sm8. But my problem here is the Job Category field is not showing on any api connection platform both zapier and make, that's the only field not showing. I attached the screenshot of the issue.
