Can't create API Key

Hi,

It's been over a week to research how to create an API key and all I find that I have to create an Add-on in order to receive an API key.

However, whenever I try to submit to the store, I get "Please enter a Long Description of at least 30 characters in order to submit your Add-on for approval"

When I try to increase the number, it says "must be less than 200 characters."

This has been a nightmare!
