API - Create a new Job

I am using JavaScript to create a new job via the API. The documentation states that "a UUID will be automatically generated for the new record and returned in the response header as x-record-uuid". When I examine the response headers the only keys that are available are: cache-control content-length content-type expires Can anyone please shed light on where I can find the UUID? Thanks

Layout and Field Update

Hi Team, I raised a ticket regarding this, but I was referred here by the Helpdesk: <http://support.servicem8.com/hc/requests/205203> We are integrating ServiceM8 with our CRM. However, we are missing the right unique identifier. I understand that you have API Documentation on your website that can be used for integration. However, for this project, we're not going to write code to build the integration. This can be done easily without writing code, we're just missing one important piece of identifier to get this up and running. We are using Zoho Flow--an integration platform to customize the workflows. In the integration platform, we're only seeing the following 4 fields (see below list) and unfortunately, none of them are useful to build the workflow. You might ask if we have tried the Contact UUID, yes we have tried all available options on the list. - Email address-email - Phone number-phone - Mobile number-mobile - Contact UUID-uuid The "Category UUID" does not appear as a field when we integrate ServiceM8 with Zoho CRM. We require the "Category UUID" to be included in the current Job Card Layout the same section where the 4 items above are situated. We're hoping this can be done on your end. Adding ServiceM8 calendar and job run to anther program

I currently already have a Native iOS App that does all our paperwork. It currently auto filled client details from Ical. I however would like to build into the app serviceM8 calendar and job run for users. How would i go about this. ???

503 Service Temporarily Unavailable

I am currently receiving a <html>\\r\\n<head><title>503 Service Temporarily Unavailable</title></head>\\r\\n<body>\\r\\n<center><h1>503 Service Temporarily Unavailable</h1></center>\\r\\n</body>\\r\\n</html>\\r\\n when attempting to request a refresh token on all connections. I have attempted to completely disconnect and reconnect a connection and am still receiving the 503 error, Cody, are you able to confirm that there is an issue

Job Completion Document / Invoice Template / API

When certain jobs are completed in Service M8, I want to create a "Job Completion Document" The document needs to contain this information: 1. The date and time the technician started the job 2. The date and time the technician finished the job 3. technician signature 4. technician name 5. customer signature 6. customer name 7. work completed notes 8. work order number 9. address Which items above are not available via the API or via invoice template fields? We are looking at either using a custom invoice template or using the API to populate a document template saved in SharePoint many thanks in advance :)

As our shared users want to have a response within the "Create Job" action event we have checked the possibility of capturing the data from the response header to fulfill the user use case of multistep but from a security point of view, it is not possible for us as of now to implement this functionality within Pabbly Connect. Bundle max materials

Yet another frustrating hurdle in ServiceM8s system. Just found through trial and error there is a maximum of 50 materials allowed in a bundle. This is not stated here: <https://support.servicem8.com/hc/en-us/articles/5508775009423-How-to-use-the-Bundles-Add-on> nor here: <https://developer.servicem8.com/reference/post-materialbundle-create> This has not only wasted a lot of my time (again), this severely limits capabilities and my ability to establish a way to group of materials. Please open this limit up as there is none stated and/or have someone update your documentation addressing the many flaws submitted by the developer community.

Intergration of my CRM system with Sm8

Currently, I am trying to integrate my leadflow of clients from my Facebook to my CRM system so we can send them a newsletter etc How do i go about this? Currently, I had little joy from SystemHubs Support telling me i should try and find out on this forum Is there any way of doing this even if we use a 3rd party app like Zapier? Maybe somebody is doing this successfully
