I would like to know if I can customise templates for our preventative maintenance and service reports or can map these in Developer on word and do you include the coding if I export the current documents.
Forms Question concatenation
I am interested in using ServiceM8's Forms addon, however, I have found that Question titles are concatenated after only 30 characters. The Question title cannot be longer than the width of the screen. If we wish to have a larger title for a Question, we need to put it in the Additional details section. The problem with that, is it displays underneath the answer area, rather than before.

Hi we have an account where we have an API that works between zoho CRM and ServiceM8 and we have a 2 way synch of data. We have one tasks that updates the CRM with jobs completed based on job number and it also updates the technician who completed the job, this used to work however the technician name is no longer updating in the CRM can you please look into this as the developer believes this issue is on your end?

Hi, I have set up webhook to get the JOb data. whenever I create a job in my serviceM8 account. It will give me the job data and then I use it further to add in some other platform.
But I am facing some issue. when I create a new job I got a duplicate response. For the same job I have got two responses :

How do I find UUID's equivalent values
Is there a way to retrieve the equivalent value of UUID's of badges, companies, categories, and job queues? I already found the equivalent values of staff users manually as they aren't too many. I am working on excel reports and want to show the original values instead of the UUID's.

Access custom fields API
I can happily read and write using the standard ServiceM8 API but when I try to simply list all custom fields using the API (https://api.servicem8.com/custom_fields_1.0), I am told I am not authorised.
Design Template Field for Allocated StaffMember
We want ServiceM8 to give us the ability to insert a field for "allocatedstaffmember" in custom template designs. In our environment and workflow process, the last person checking into a job or marking it as complete is not always the staff member that the job was scheduled to. Thoughts about developing?
