I have a customer using a cloud base Unified Communications phone system which can interface with a number of CRMs using API's. Can ServiceM8 interface with a cloud base phone service to provide one click to call from ServiceM8 and one incoming calls open ServiceM8 with the customers info?

Delete/Change Booking through API

Is there a way to delete or change a booking through the API? I can create a new appointment booking, but I can't seem to find a way to change it, resulting in multiple appointments getting booked in some instances

attachment in Job conversation through API

We have an account with you and want to do some activities, We e-mail and submit tickets a couple of time but never get a valid response, so I would like to get this done if you providing such kind of permissions, my comment is below: We wanted to show the attachment in Job conversation through API, We able to send the attachment to you and it's showing in JSON format that you receive but we want to show this attachment in Job history Detail Box, so could you help us to get this attachment in details Box through APIs. Also, I attached the screenshots where you can see where we want to show our submitted attachment via your API. So, Again I am asking: we need another API to show this attachment in the Job history conversation BOX. Hope to hear from you soon!

API doesn accept colons (:)

I have raised this issue before but now seeing the extent of how bad this behavior can be. Trying to add info into the Job description with a date-time in usual format e.g. 10 August 2023 12:38:38. The result in the Job window "10 August 2023 123838". Typing : into the job description field and saving the job saves the colon!!! Pleeeease alter your API to accept colons as it really doesnt make sense not to.

Why can't i save client details on iphone app

Think there is a software bug when saving client details. I create a new job and enter client details, then press save. When I go back in to view client details, the address, mobile and email details I just saved are not there. Why is this happening. I have iphone XR.

issue with moving Job Bookings

Hi, Since a recent update we have been having issues with the App Shutting down when we go to move a job booking, when the date/time is selected the app shuts down and then we need to re-open it. Just wondering if there is a patch or can we do something to correct this issue Please ?

Job card emailing

Hi, I have a few issues I need sorted ASAP for a clean and scalable system. 1. On the job cards, bottom left where the job contacts are, I need to be able to easily add up to 5 tenants on top of the billing contact and property manager. This is because I send a form 9 Entry Notice to all tenants before I perform a smoke alarm appointment. 2. Now when I click to "Email" button on the same job card, It doesn't display all the contacts available. Only the billing contact and 1x Tenant. I need to be able to send one email thread to all the attached tenants. BONUS: currently its also super difficult to determine the difference between each contact title (billing contact, tenant, property manager). As it only displays their names and not a title next to it. So essentially, my employees have to guess who's, who when selecting the contacts for email. It would be great it there was either a title next to the contact or have them colour coded etc. (currently Im putting the title "Tenant" in the first name field and their full name in the second field. Not great as you can imagine). I feel this would be way easier to explain via a video call or even a screen recording I can email through. This is a crucial part of my operations and I 100% need a solution. I've used ServiceM8 for many years and hope to continue. Please work with me to make this possible. Thanks legends!!
