Hi, the HTML code to embed feedback is not working on my Wordpress website. It only shows 'Feedback by ServiceM8'. Please could someone advise? I have copied and pasted the HTML from your website as advised directly.

I did oauth 2.0 and created a custom field for Job which was 200 OK request. But I could not see it on UI. Will it be visible only when have values? Thanks

Hi Dev Team, when I call the job endpoint (or any filterable endpoint), I get all the data for that endpoint. However, when I apply the filter to the endpoint, it returns an empty response. Any ideas? Thank you.

Is there a way to change the "created_by_staff_uuid" for a job created through Integromat integration or make the integration create the job based on the staff uuid of the operator that took the call? We are trying to automate job creation using Integromat based on incoming call details in our phone system. the phone system is able to send the customer number as well as the agent email address which I was able to get the staff uuid for each operator based on it Now when I try to use that staff uuid to create a new job it makes the job but still makes it under the integromat uuid when using Integromat or my own uuid when using the service m8 test API is there a way around that as we need it done as soon as possible as we have a new wave of operators starting this week and we want to have the integration ready to automate new job creation based on phone calls. It is essential that the jobs get created under the staff uuid of the operator as it affects their stats and commissions.

We're trying to use Google App Script to receive webhooks. We're having trouble sending the response to the challenge while subscribing to the webhook because Google app script redirects to another url. Do you have any sample Google app scripts for this? Hi ServiceM8, My client has made heavy use of the Services Addon to setup job templates. But this information is not available from the API to use with our own booking and reporting. (What service a job had selected and list of services available.) I know that a year ago you said that it wasn't yet available...is it on the list? Thanks, Craig.
