Job Tempalate API

Having issues using
https://api.servicem8.com/api_1.0/jobtemplate/{uuid}/job.json
to create a job based on a template. checked everything and uuid of the template is valid. Keep hetting 400 error. Other end point for creating company or contact or job are working fine (my setting are the same and working with other endpoints).

Client portal

Hi Team
I have a servicem8 account which holds the information of 60+ properties at the moment and I want to create a Client portal for 2 different real estates with their credentials to show them their properties with the Job reports, invoicing option, and the client list etc.
Is it possible to achieve if I am using Servicem8 as a CRM, does it have the capability to support these features if I was to get a client portal ready through a 3rd party and if it is what should I look for in the 3rd party skill set to handover this project?
