Hi - can anyone clarify how / which field(s) servicem8 uses to deterimne the google maps job location for it's navigation function please?

ServiceM8 Not reathenticating

I get a 400 error with trying to obtain the refresh token. I seem to be following the documentation but i can't refresh my clients.

Attachment Created via API not automatically visible on right side of Job window

Hi Everyone, we have created a small addin for internal usage which created purchase order document and we use the attachment API to link it with the job. Around a month back, the attachments used to update on right side of job window by itself. But lately, we are only able to see the attachments once a user manually adds a note/attachment via the service m8 application.

Webhook to send details when a SMS is sent from ServiceM8

I want to track the SMS i send once i activate my followup automation, this details are going to be added in my CRM. Is this possible creating the webhook using the SMS entity?

How can i get permanent access token ?

I have using job insert API and in that access token will change within an one hour but i need permanent access token

Email API

I have been reviewing the documentation for the ServiceM8 API regarding sending emails (https://developer.servicem8.com/reference/send_email). However, I could not find details on additional fields that can be included in the payload to ensure that the sent message appears in the graphical interface of specific jobs within ServiceM8.

I want to get all jobs completed today using API. I don't want to use webhook. Is there a way I can achieve this. I will use cron jobs for periodic refresh.

Currently it fetches all the jobs completed today but my issue are some jobs are not properly coming through while others are. I.am confused. Can I get little help?
