We are looking to use ServiceM8 for a business we have taken over. We are out on the road servicing systems every 2 years to mostly home owners. We have a database of approx 6500 on a very old CRM and want to know is there is any bolt on CRM developed that would integrate with ServiceM8 so all our data is in one place. We don't want to spend lots of money developing one just want one out of the box.
How can I join email to job via APIs
I create Jobs using APIs. And also send emails using API related to jobs. I need to know is there a way to connect that email to relevant Job? because currently there is no relation between Job and Email.
Lambda/Serverless not supported for Menu Items in the App? (Docs says it should work)
It looks like Menu Items for Lambda events are not supported in the App? It works fine for the website version.
Adding Preferences to an Add On (docs missing in Manifest section?)
The documentation says to use the Preferences section of the Manifest to define preferences.
CRM integration
Is it possible to allow bookings entered into another system to appear in our Servicem8 schedule and also our bookings appear in theirs. The system that we are trying to sync with is SAP C4C.
client.invoke isn't working with addon Menu Types.
Using the same code, I can have a Manifest that defines the same event for both an Addon Menu item and Job (online) action.
Linking Jobs to Services
I'm trying to find a way of linking the Service information that I collect for a job with the job that is allocated. Typically this is done when online booking etc
