I’m working on integrating my private app with ServiceM8, and I’m trying to find a way to trigger specific actions based on certain ServiceM8 events without using any third-party services like Zapier, Integromat, etc.

I have created a job and then a job allocation but can't get it to add to the dispatch board via the API.

Hey, can you please consider running the Xero tracking categories sync immediately after or soon after it has been turned on?

Anyone else having issues with webhooks not syncing at all today? I have a Make.com scenario which organises a neat spreadsheet of up and coming jobs which tracks changes in job statuses, however it stopped providing a sync as off 3am last night ACST. I've had 3 jobs trickle through since. Can i expect a tidal wave of jobs in my queue if the webhook sync catches up? I've already reauthorized my connections as suggested in other discussions and yet to see any changes.

I have a SM8 Automation I built in Make.com. The first step in the process is the integrated Watch Jobs webhook. I set this up at the beginning of July and when it was setup, it got both the New Jobs hook and Job Status Changed hook. For some reason the New Jobs Hook doesn't fire anymore. Given that this Watch Jobs integration in Make is the first step in my automation, there's nothing I can do other than request a new webhook. I did request a new webhook, I verified that both new jobs and job status change were selected. New Job is not firing, while job status change is firing. Can you please check the new jobs status change and why it's not firing? There's not a lot that I can do on my end other than regenerate the webhook, which I've already done. I've attached a screenshot of doing a new Watch Jobs which overwrites the old watch jobs. It's definietly selected, it just isn't working.
