Endpoint, Job Status History

Hey All, I'm trying to find the endpoint that would store the job status, If you look in the diary of a job the history of the job being changed from quote to work order and back etc is stored in the diary, what endpoint has this information?

Webhook Subscriptions failing

As with other users, I have been told to post this here I have webhook subscriptions set up which store the response in a database. The setup was working up until last week (Friday 19/3/21). I am unsure if Servicem8 is sending webhook data anymore as it is not populated in my database. I have used postman to confirm that the verification challenge is still working and to send test webhook data (the example data found on the Webhooks API guide). Both of which work as expected. Has something changed or a limitation been set on webhook data?

Account already exists

I'm trying to onboard some new staff who already use ServiceM8 with another company. When I try and invite them it says: account already exists. Do they need to setup another account with a different email address? Apart from that being an inconvenience for them, does that mean they need to be logging in and out all the time?

I have a client who uses ServiceM8 and wants to display customer reviews on their website with a custom look-and-feel as opposed to the built-in widget. Is there a way to fetch the review details using the API?

Getting delayed 400 error. Tax prices are inconsistent

We are using SM8s API to integrate with our quotation software and are able to create a quote and edit it no worries, however we leave it for some time. Not sure how long exactly, its usually a day or so in my instance. And we receive an error back from SM8 when trying to sync the same data to them, that was accepted days earlier. {"errorCode":400,"message":"inc-tax and ex-tax prices are inconsistent. Expected price [$159.09]."} Now my quote had a single item in it and was for $175.00 so it’s clear that the tax (GST) is the difference in the values… but I have no idea why this is happening and why is it delayed?

CRM Integration

We are looking for a CRM that will integrate with Servicem8 and Xero but keep the the bulk of the sales and contracts communication/data out of Servicem8 as we are concerned that it will bog down the system which we are currently using well for our Production crew. Can anyone please advise of options that are available? We are currently using Greenrope as our CRM but would be willing to change to another if the integration work has already been achieve.

Recurring jobs firing a new job event in Zapier

Hi, we use Zapier to notify our other systems when a new job in Service M8 has been created. This works well for manually created jobs, but does not seem to work for jobs created by the recurring jobs schedule. Should the API fire a 'new job created' to Zapier when a recurring job is created? If it doesn't are there any plans to have this? thanks -Richard
