Separating Name field into First and Last Name
Hello!
I manage an active campaign account for a client who is using your software.
I am having an issue integrating new clients from S8 to AC using Zapier.
It seems as though S8 only takes the full name, and then that gets sent to Active Campaign. When this happens, it swaps the names so the first appears last and last appears first in Active Campaign. Very bad for remarketing, to have a last name where a first name should be!
Is there a way to solve this in ServiceM8, to designate first and last name fields instead of Full Name?

API 400 error
I'm trying to integrate servicem8 using oauth so my clients can use it, currently my scope is read_customer_contacts, read_customers and manage_customers and i have a developer account and i'm trying to manage another trial account
everything in the oauth part is working correctly, (authorizing the add on, generating refresh token and access token) but i'm unable to retrieve or post any data.. the error is: 400 error, The request could not be satisfied.
this is the request i'm sending (exported from postman)

automate job creation
Is there a way to change the "created_by_staff_uuid" for a job created through Integromat integration or make the integration create the job based on the staff uuid of the operator that took the call?
We are trying to automate job creation using Integromat based on incoming call details in our phone system.
the phone system is able to send the customer number as well as the agent email address which I was able to get the staff uuid for each operator based on it
Now when I try to use that staff uuid to create a new job it makes the job but still makes it under the integromat uuid when using Integromat or my own uuid when using the service m8 test API
is there a way around that as we need it done as soon as possible as we have a new wave of operators starting this week and we want to have the integration ready to automate new job creation based on phone calls.
It is essential that the jobs get created under the staff uuid of the operator as it affects their stats and commissions.

Daylite
Hello. I am a Daylite consultant in the UK and have been helping my clients to get the most out of Daylite for the past 17 years.
I wonder if you can help me. I believe that there have been some developments within ServiceM8 to work on some integration with Daylite via the API.
I wonder if you can provide me with some details about this.
also, I have a client (Solar PV electrician) who is currently interested in Daylite and I am considering suggesting ServiceM8 to him as they also use QB.

Automatic Fields NOT Triggering Webhooks?
I am noticing that if a new Line Item is added to a Job, which in turn the "total_invoice_amount" field is update to reflect this updated value of the Job Line Item(s), this is not triggering a webhook update causing data to be out-of-sync and inaccurate.
Any insights?

Tracking source for google ads conversion
Do we have an option to track the source of the online booking customer,
When we land the customer on our website and customer sends enquiry online through servicem8 booking forms which we have set up on our website
Instead of directly landing customers to service m8 booking forms.
