Is there a way to display Property Owner client name details on the report form for a job instead of the billing contact?

Sometimes we work with companies who have clients that will need their information instead of the billing contact. So this information is entered correctly into the forms without messing the billing contact information. Is there a way to have a custom field for the property owner?

API for pushing jobs from Hubspot to Specific job templates

Hi guys I have a client who is currently linking HUBspot to Sm8 via API’s etc. We are wanting Hubspot to be able to send the job to a SPECIFIC JOB TEMPLATE. Is this possible? I suppose we need to know if there is a particular API at the Job Template stage. They can currently link categories etc, but that is already within the job itself.. We need them to be able to have say a drop down box in hubspot that chooses the job template already set up in Sm8 Please reply and / or call me for further information. our hubspot developers have looked into your Api's but there doesn't seem to be a specific one regarding Job templates Thanks Amanda

Hi - we are presently developing an integration in our ServiceM8 instance (login: help@workm8.co.nz). However we cannot seem to select AWS Lambda from the addon type like we can in our other instance (waiheke movers & frieght). Can you please render assistance?

Custom add ons are not connecting

I'm in the process of creating some custom add ons. I'm trying to test them but they are not connecting to my account. They are listing in my add-on list and there is a button offering to connect but when I activate it, the button does not change. I did have one custom add on activated, but I had since de-activated it to update some of the details. When I did this, it did not de-activate straight away and now I can not connect the add on again. Has the process for custom add-ons changed?

Retrieving GUID for newly created records

My client has asked me to integrate ServiceM8 with his database that I have created and I have reviewed the documentation and got basic POSTs working. Is there an easy way to retrieve the GUID of the last created job, for example? Since we cannot display custom fields on the Dispatch Board, we have decided to include the Job Number at the start of the description. Could we filter the Jobs List where the description starts with our Job Code? TIA Paul

Cloud database integration

I would like to use ServiceM8 in a franchise situation but require a global database to store specific information to be shared between franchisee's which is not available in the current ServiceM8 system. There are a number of cloud based databases where you can create the desired database and forms available which you can integrate with your website so i was wondering if there is an API or APP in ServiceM8 where i can integrate one of these databases into ServiceM8 and then use this API or APP in franchisee's ServiceM8 systems to give global access to the database.
