Accessing call recordings

Api access

I cant seem to access the custom field api as in the documentation and i cannot find reference to add the scope has anybody got the details please,

I am making the attachment than im uploading the binary but the attachment remain inactive why.

riggering Private App from ServiceM8 Events – Need Guidance Without Third-Party Apps

I’m working on integrating my private app with ServiceM8, and I’m trying to find a way to trigger specific actions based on certain ServiceM8 events without using any third-party services like Zapier, Integromat, etc.

Twilio ServiceM8 Phone Forwarding

Is there a way to forward from the ServiceM8 phone to a Twilio number but still get it to show up in the dispatch board when it hits the servicem8 number? Eg I answer in a softphone but can still see the box appear in the bottom left hand side of the dispatch board saying Jo Blog is calling "Open Job"? We just have multiple accounts and want one softphone but love the ability to open the job on incoming call.
