API-created Job Allocations Appear in Queue Instead of Staff Schedule
I’m currently integrating with the ServiceM8 API and I’ve noticed that when I create a job allocation via the API, the job appears under the “Upcoming Bookings” queue instead of being placed directly in the Staff Schedule for the assigned staff member.
Is there an API endpoint to access invoice data in ServiceM8?

Why does the button remain on jobcard after I have disabled add-on
Complete beginner here. I used the example code for the pool calculator to test out how things work, but when I disabled the add-on and deleted it, I am stuck with the button on my jobcard. I am reluctant to continue my learning journey if i am going to leave a trail of artifacts behind me. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

Hi I have just purchased Go High Level CRM and I have added the Service M8 plug in to GHL. At this stage nothing is linked to each other. What is the process to be able to link my Service M8 account to GHL so i can both import my contact details from Service M8 ( my customers Emails & phone number) and add info from new customers into SM8 from GHL

I have booked in a job for CIA-39(Job id) for Saturday 11/10/2025 however, Servicem8 API is returning a different date and time upon checking?

Hi, I've been testing uploading documents to jobs and have noticed that occasionally when a document is attached and uploaded to a job, the attachment is visible through the api, but doesn't appear on the job.
