Hi, Is it possible to create forms against multiple assets at a time?

We've had someone offer to set up a 'multi asset work flow' and add repeating sections in our forms to make it possible. We've had more people tell us it's not possible though. We're unsure if this is a scam due to how many 'no's we've had.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
