I have had 2 online forms for quite a while. The online booking forms for different types of customers. They have quite a bit of detail. Two of them I don't want public as they are specific to a type of customer and up until up until about last Thursday when I built the third form they worked just fine the worked fine. I could grab the url and send that to the customers and they could link to the form. Now I can only get one to work. the others keep reverting to the online booking link which only has the one.

I can open the other forms fill them in , they say that the inquiry is sent but it goes to somewhere over the rainbow as they don't come into the inbox.

this is a bad issue for us.

Can you tell me what is wrong. Tried for 2 days to get it right Costing us money.
