Hey folks! I recently stumbled upon an old Uniden cordless phone set while cleaning out the attic, and it got me thinking about all the ways people used home communication gadgets before smartphones took over. I actually tried connecting it to a small DIY intercom setup in my house so I could chat with my kids while doing chores in the garage. It was surprisingly fun, but I realized I need a proper guide to get the full range working again. Has anyone experimented with old phones or similar devices in creative ways around the house?
