Hi, we use ServiceM8 both mobile and internally on iPads and on PC's with Windows.

We do this to capture times in the many parts of the process that we have at each place, for charging our customers and tracking the time taken.

The issue is that while it works on iPads and records nicely, it doesn't on PC's.

What it does on a PC other than the Admin one, which SM8 allows for, is to record a login and will record for about 9 or 10 minutes maximum, then even though the job is open, it no longer records time taken.

We have looked at the PC's and they remain open for 60 minutes, so it's not the PC going into screen saver mode.

We have a dozen PC's, so it's a bit of a frustration. It's not an option to replace them as some are part of the equipment.

We now have an Android option for phones, so what we need to know is whether there is an option to add or fix the interface recording from PC to ServiceM8.
