AWS Lambda option missing when trying to create a new addon

When trying to create an addon, all I see is:
- External Integration
- Self Hosted Web Service
- Simple Function (NodeJS)
There is no AWS Lambda option on this account. On other accounts I have worked on previously this option is there.
