Can you use service m8 like a database. Example we would like to send a yearly/annual service reminder to all our customers who had a hot water system installed and the install is approaching the 12 month date.

1. Can you access all the Hot Water Installations clients in Service m8?
   The same would apply for other Services provided like annual Air Conditioning service & so much more.

2. Does Service m8 give you access to save/export your client information for safe keeping/storing?

3. Does Service m8 provide free training?
